Orders placed before 2:00 pm on working days are usually processed and prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed on the next working day.

Yes. We deliver to residential addresses, workplaces, reception desks and other designated delivery points, provided the courier can gain access and obtain a delivery confirmation.
Most couriers will attempt delivery to a neighbour, an approved safe place or re-attempt delivery on another day. Details are usually shown in your tracking information or on a calling card left at your address.
First, check your tracking link for the latest updates. If the status hasn’t changed for more than 48 hours or your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
If your parcel or items appear damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund options.
We may be able to amend your delivery address before your order is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse, changes are limited and subject to the courier’s policies. Contact us promptly if you need to request an amendment.
